Paper format
All the papers must be written in English, and must meet the Springer compliance. For templates and style files please see:

(La)TEX Template or MS Word Template.

DO NOT put headers/footers/page numbers in your paper. Additionally, it is critical that page margins should be strictly observed.

Paper Submission
The author(s) should submit their papers electronically in the PDF format via PaperPlaza system. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of a conventional length not exceeding 12 pages.

All submissions will be reviewed by at least 2 independent reviewers in a single-blind review process. Before final acceptance of a paper, all referees’ comments must be considered/addressed and a response letter of author(s) should be attached to the final version of the paper. Upon acceptance, the author(s) will be required to register and present the accepted paper in person during the PCC 2026 in Poznań.

PhD student authors are invited to express their interest in participating in the PhD Students Contest for the Best Paper Presented at the 22nd Polish Control Conference 2026 when submitting their paper through the PaperPlaza system. (Please, fill in the questionnaire option in the submission form). The detailed rules of the contest are presented here.

Papers may be submitted in one of two possible categories: as regular papers or as special-session papers. If a submission is intended for a special session, the author(s) are required to indicate an appropriate session code as listed below:

Paper Publication
The necessary conditions for a paper to be included in the PCC 2026 conference proceedings book and published in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series are summarized below:

  1. The paper has been prepared and formatted according to the Springer requirements
  2. The paper passed the PCC 2026 review process and has been officially accepted
  3. Copyrights and other necessary forms have been signed and submitted by the author(s) of the paper
  4. A full registration fee for the PCC 2026 has been paid by at least one (co-)author of the paper
  5. A paper’s content has been presented in person during the PCC 2026 (i.e., the presence of at least one of the paper’s authors at the PCC 2026 venue is required).
