Travel to Poznań, Poland
Poznań is one of Poland’s major academic and cultural centers, conveniently connected to many European hubs by air, rail, and road. The city is easy to reach from anywhere in Europe and offers efficient local transportation once you arrive.

By Air
Poznań–Ławica Airport (POZ)
Poznań–Ławica Airport is located approximately 7 km from the city center and offers direct connections to several European cities, including Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, and Warsaw, with seasonal routes to additional destinations.

From the airport to the venue:
Bus: Frequent city buses connect the airport with Poznań Główny railway station and major city districts.
Taxi / Ride-Hailing: Taxis and app-based services (e.g., Uber, Bolt) are available directly in front of the terminal.
Car Rental: Several international car rental companies operate at the airport.

By Train
Poznań Główny is one of Poland’s main railway hubs, served by fast national trains (PKP Intercity) and international connections.
Typical travel times:
• From Warsaw – approx. 2.5–3 hours by Express InterCity (EIC) or Express InterCity Premium (EIP).
• From Berlin – approx. 2.5–3 hours by direct trains.
• From Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków – 2.5–5 hours depending on the connection.
The main station is located within walking distance of the city center and public transportation stops. The Venue is located within 4km from the main station.

By Car
Poznań lies at the intersection of major European road corridors:
• A2 motorway (E30) connects Poznań with Berlin in the west and Warsaw in the east.
• National roads provide convenient access from other regions of Poland.

Local Transportation
Poznań has an extensive and reliable public transport network, including trams and buses. Single-ride and 24-hour tickets can be purchased from ticket machines, kiosks, or mobile apps.
Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available and reasonably priced. The city center is compact, making walking a convenient option.

Visa Information
Poland is a member of the Schengen Area. Attendees requiring a visa should apply well in advance at the nearest Polish consulate or embassy. Invitation letters can be provided upon request during registration.
